La Perchonnière is 500 m from the town center of Mamers, ideally located 2 hours from Paris and 1.5 hours from the ocean. We welcome you to a completely renovated former hemp rope factory and Percheron horse stable. Our guest rooms offer all the comfort of a hotel in Mamers. You will find all the amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of our place. Parking is assured and free in front of the building.
