The New World Lounge
This 22m² lounge welcomes you in a relaxing atmosphere. Furnished in a Louis XVI style for the armchairs and Louis XIII for the furniture, it is richly decorated with scenes from the New World. Indeed, in the region, particularly Perche, a certain number of pioneers of the New World come from our region. The Perche has notably maintained important links with Quebec. The decoration, therefore, includes a set of engravings of maps of the great discoveries of the New World in the 15th century, as well as a canvas plunging us into the heart of Asia, embellished by an imposing Louis XIII-style library fireplace and its imposing mirror.

If you have any rental requests for this room, do not hesitate to contact us. You can rent the living room on request without its furniture (excluding the fireplace, sideboard, and mirror). Outside of the rental period, it is available to our guests until 10 p.m.
The Heraldique (big room)
This spacious room, approximately 55 m², welcomes you in a warm, bright atmosphere. It is ideally suited for your private and professional events. It highlights the prominent royal dynasties of Europe, particularly on the history of France, the Hundred Years War, and the coats of arms of the great European families.
The terrace of the Perchonniere
This large terrace has an available area of more than 200 m². It originates from the stables used by former estate owners who bred Percheron horses. We managed to preserve some aspects of these stables (such as the mangers), which were almost destroyed.
This terrace can be used for your professional or personal outdoor events. Do not hesitate to contact us with any requests or for further information.
